I contacted Gunwel last month to inquire pricing, received a prompt and friendly email reply with an attached pricing schedule so I'd know the exact breakdown. A couple of weeks later I telephoned to ask a question and, although I'd never given these lovely folks a dime, was given advise. AND in a friendly, helpful tone... It was as though the person on the other end of the phone actually WANTED to be helpful.
Finally made my appointment & went in today. Met Natalie, and Bill. I was offered water, soda, or cold coffee -- this sort of cheekiness made me feel right at home. Sat down with Bill went over my infos & papers. Talked about 'The Tudors' its and historical inaccuracies.
