Bert Roman is truly a great gentleman. I had a somewhat complicated issue with the IRS for a 2005 return. The IRS actually reached into my personal savings account and took a lot of money from me that they thought I owed. I took this issue to Bert and today, I am happy to say, the IRS gave me all my money back, plus fees and interest! I can not say how grateful I am for his help.
Besides being a tax ninja, was the kindest man I met this side of the Mississippi. During our consultations he would offer me food from his restaurant downstairs, not taking no for an answer.. almost like a Greek or Spanish mom. He felt so bad for my tax situation he said he wouldn't charge me unless he was able to get the money back for me. I am happy I found such an honest man and I will use him for all future tax needs.
